8/24/11 - Results - Final race tonight. Great group, thanks everyone for turning out. Dan Brien won the race tonight closely followed by Matt Rabasco and Jim McMahan. Nancy Ogle showed up to take the women's race. Carmel Kushi and newcomer Laurie Stracuzzi gave Nancy a push. Congrats to the division winners. See results for the winners.
8/17/11 - Results - Fast race tonight. Lauren Farry ran the fastest women's time this season and just 4 seconds off the course record which, interestingly enough, is held by Chandler Ortega who was a mere 4 seconds behind Lauren tonight. Carmel Kushi with her best time of the season was 3rd. Aaron Udell wins again with the 4th fastest race time in history and the fastest this season. He was pushed by newcomer, NY high schooler Caleb Mellon, who nearly cracked the 20 minute mark himself. Third place and close behind was Mark Rabasco. Featured runner of the week is Wendy Dottavio, who has taken off more than 6 minutes off her time since the first race. She was the first to signup and is obviously on a mission. Nice job Wendy.
8/10/11 - Results - A little humid out there during the race. May have kept times down a bit, but still quite a few PBs. Dan Brien won his first race of the year as he prepares for his XC season. Should be a good one for him. Tim Allard and Blaine Freadman finishing close behind. Carmel Kushi bested the women's field in her second race. Jeannie Ortega was nearby for second in her first race this year. Melissa Herliczck was in there for third place. Close points races among the women this year.
8/3/11 - Results - Nice evening, good crowd. Aaron Udel set the best time of the season by being the first runner under 20 minutes this year. Mark Rabasco was back to chase him in with his best time of the season. Dan Brien close behind in third. Olivia Oberle made it two in a row with her third win of the season. Newcomer Carmel Kushi was close behind in second and Laurie Schwartz was third just behind. 20 PBs tonight, everyone is getting faster with a couple of runners chopping minutes off their best time. Just amazing.
7/27/11 - Results - A beautiful cool night brings out some of the best runs of the season with 20 out of 25 runners running a season's best time. Newcomer Morgan Williams ran to easy victory, followed by Tim Allard and Blaine Freadman. On the ladies side, Olivia Oberle ran to her second win of the season with Melissa Herliczck and Jackie Lemieux in close pursuit. In the points race, many categories are tightly contested with just a point separating the leaders. Steady attendance wins the points.

Steady attendance will spell the difference between first and also in most of those races.

Nice cool temps and the times showed it. 29 out of 30 runners had a better time than last week. The only one who didn't PB was me, but hey, I'm running across Massachusetts this weekend, so I was taking it easy. Not taking it easy was Olivia Oberle winning the women's race, followed by Melissa Herliczck, Becca Hall, and Camella Magulike. First win for Olivia. Mark Rabasco remains unbeaten, but Dan Brien closed the gap a little for second, Tim Allard for third.
